Standard shipping is $7.50 AUD for all orders under $100 AUD. Standard shipping is free for all orders over $100 AUD. Express shipping is an additional $14.99 AUD.

What if I miss a delivery or my order is delayed?
If you miss a delivery attempt, Australia Post will leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package. For delays, please refer to your tracking information or contact Australia Post for further assistance.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping options through Australia Post for those who need their toys delivered quickly. Choose this option during checkout for expedited delivery.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Address changes may be possible, but it depends on the order's status. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible for assistance with address modifications.

Currently, Toyland Treasures offers shipping services to the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. Efforts are underway to broaden our international shipping destinations.

Our Price Match Guarantee ensures that if you discover an identical in-stock item at a lower price from a competitor, we will match that price. Please send us a message with the screenshot of the competitor, item, price and delivery fee and we will match the price immediately.
