What payment options are available?

We accept a wide range of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, EFTPOS, Google Pay, Shop Pay, UnionPay, PayPal, Zip Pay, and Afterpay.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, Toyland Treasures will offer you a full refund. The product must be in its original condition, including packaging and any included accessories.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order depending on its current status. If your parcel has already been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. For assistance, please contact us at info@toylandtreasures.com.au.

What is the cost of shipping?

Australia shipping fee:

  • Standard Shipping: $11.00 AUD
  • Express Shipping: $15 AUD

International shipping fee:

  • Standard International Shipping : $30 AUD (Excludes heavy items)
  • Express International Postage: $55 AUD (Excludes heavy items)

International bulk postage fee:

  • Standard International Shipping: $45 AUD
  • Express International Shipping: $75 AUD

Is international shipping available?

We currently offer international shipping to the USA, UK, and New Zealand. While we’re not yet shipping to other countries, we’re actively working on expanding our international reach to make Toyland Treasures accessible worldwide.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. We ship all parcels with Australia Post. To track your delivery, simply visit the Australia Post website.

Can I change my delivery address?

You will be eligible to request a change of delivery address, provided your parcel has not yet been dispatched. If you wish to update your delivery details, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
